1. Pairing device / phone with a PC / laptop.
2. Detect modem. If his cell phone support bluetooth modem, then the PC can see on Control Panel -> Phone and Modem Options -> Modem Tab: bluetooth modem will appear.
3. Test modem. In the Modem tab at the top, click the modem that will be test. Click Properties, and then query the modem.
4. If the modem is connected, there will be a response from the modem.
5. Click the Advanced modem settings. In the Extra initialization commands field, fill it with: + CGDCONT = 1, "IP", "APN_name"
# note: APN_name replaced with individual APN-2 operator, eg for IM3/Mentari, replace APN_name with indosatgprs, so be extra initialization command: + CGDCONT = 1, "IP", "indosatgprs"
6. Create a dial-up connection. Click Control Panel -> Network Connections -> Create a new Connection-> Connect to the Internet-> Set up manually-> Connect using a dial up modem-> Fill up your ISP's name, eg Indosat. At the user name and password each operator, for Indosat, username: Indosat, password: indosat
Select a modem to connect to the bluetooth modem that gives a chance before (remember its COM port number). For dial-up numbers are: * 99 #
